Look for the Lesson begins with something you believe today and helps you find the experience that taught, showed, or confirmed it.
Find the Turning Point helps you explore an experience that changed how you see, believe, or do something.
The Plot Twist helps you explore an experience where what actually happened was different from what you expected.
People Who Shaped Me helps you explore one person whose presence, choices, words, or example changed something in you, through one moment you still remember.
Story Sparks gives you quick prompts for finding memories without requiring a full reflection.
Every completed reflection can be given its own title so you can recognize it later.
